1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of daherstore.com and related services (the “Store”). By placing an order or using the Store, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Products & orders

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders. Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. An order confirmation email does not guarantee acceptance; we may cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud.

Personalized items are made to order and may have different return eligibility. Please review the product listing for details before ordering.

3. Shipping & delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. DAHER is not liable for carrier delays. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier. Standard shipping is free on all orders within the United States.

4. Returns & refunds

Non-personalized items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original condition for a full refund. Personalized items are non-returnable unless defective. Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Payment

All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. We accept major credit cards and other methods available at checkout. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information.

6. Intellectual property

The DAHER name, logo, product designs, and website content are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. Acceptable use

• No fraudulent orders or misuse of promotions
• No scraping, automated access, or interference with the Store
• No use that violates applicable laws

8. Disclaimers

THE STORE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. PRODUCT IMAGES ARE REPRESENTATIVE; ACTUAL ITEMS MAY VARY SLIGHTLY IN COLOR OR APPEARANCE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DAHER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Store after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Store.
