Processing time
Standard items ship within 1–3 business days. Personalized items require an additional 3–5 business days for customization before shipping.
You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges
Return policy
- Standard items: may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original, unused condition with tags attached.
- Personalized items: are made to order and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Sale items: are final sale and not eligible for return.
How to start a return
- Email us at contact us with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll send you a return shipping label and instructions within 48 hours.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, please return the original and place a new order. This ensures you get the item you want as quickly as possible.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
