Our Quality Commitment
Every DAHER piece is selected and handled to the highest standard. We do not resell returned items - because every customer deserves to receive something that has never been worn or tried on by anyone else.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us through our contact page within 14 days of delivery.
To help us resolve it quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A few clear photos showing the issue
Our team will review your request and respond within 24-48 hours with a solution. If the issue is on our end, we will make it right - whether that's a replacement, store credit, or a full refund to your original payment method.
Sizing & Change of Mind
Because we do not resell returned items, we are unable to accept returns for sizing or change of mind. We know finding the right fit online can feel uncertain - that's why we provide a detailed Size Guide and our team is always available to help you choose the perfect size before you order.

Items That Cannot Be Returned
To maintain the highest quality for every customer, the following are considered final sale:
- Items where the concern is sizing or change of mind
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items returned after the 14-day window
Refund Processing
Once we review your request and confirm the issue, your refund or store credit will be processed within 3-5 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when it's complete.
