How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 7–20 business days. Personalized items need an extra 3–5 business days for customization before shipping.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Standard shipping is free on all orders within the United States.
Can I return a personalized item?
Personalized items are made to order and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. Standard items can be returned within 30 days in original condition.
How do I personalize a product?
On the product page, you'll see a "Baby's Name" field for personalized items. Enter the name exactly as you'd like it to appear. The name travels with your order through checkout and fulfillment.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay through Shopify's secure checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon — subscribe to our newsletter to be notified.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order ships. You can also check your order status through the link in your confirmation email.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.

Safety is our top priority. All products are non-toxic, hypoallergenic, and meet applicable safety standards. Check individual product listings for specific certifications and material details.
